What are your holiday shipping deadlines?

  • USPS Priority ($6.95 - $10.95) - Order by Sunday, December 18th at 11:59 p.m. EST for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
  • USPS Express ($29.95) - Order by Tuesday, December 20th at 11:59 p.m. EST for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is based on the value of your order. We currently only ship to the United States. 

  • Orders Under $50: Ship for free. Delivery within 5 business days.
  • Orders between $50 to $200: Ship for $6.95 via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery within 5-7 business days. 
  • Orders over $200: Ship for $10.95 via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • $29.95 | Express Shipping: Choose our fastest level of service if you would like to receive your order within 2 business days. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Express.

Shipping Internationally

At this time, we do not currently ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be adding international rates soon.

Can I expedite my order? Yes, we recommend that you choose Priority Express if you would like your order expedited. It is a flat rate of $29.95 and delivery is guaranteed in 1-2 days. If you need your item by a specific date, please email us at info@brassclothing.com so we can do our best to accommodate your requests. 

What if I need to change my order? Please contact us at info@brassclothing.com as soon as possible.  We won't be able to alter orders after they have shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

We believe in a wardrobe filled with pieces you love and reach for over and over again. If you’re not feeling this way about your new Brass item, click here to start the return process. Follow the steps to download a pre-paid label and send your item back.
Please Note: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order date. All items must be received in unworn, unwashed and saleable condition. If we receive items in any other condition, we reserve the right to not process your refund and we will send the item back to you.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. If you notice that it is taking longer than usual, feel free to email us and we'll take care of you!

 

Exchanges

Send an email to info@brassclothing.com with your order number. Indicate which item(s) you would like to exchange and we'll get the process started.

Please note: At this time we can only accept exchanges for the same style in a different size. If you'd like another style, please place a new order and start the process to return your other item(s).

Last Chance Items

We don't typically run sales. That's because we do our best to offer our clothes at a great value right from the start. If we break a size or only have a few items left, we will add this style to The Last Chance Room.

All items in The Last Chance Room are final sale. We do not accept returns on final sale items. We will do our best to accommodate a size exchange if possible. However, quantities are limited so we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you are new to Brass, we do not recommend you purchase something from The Last Chance Room. Instead, try one of our best-sellers and find out your size. Then, you can take advantage of Last Chance Room items knowing your fit!
