Shipping

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is based on the value of your order. We currently only ship to the United States. 

  • Orders Under $50: Ship for free. Delivery within 5 business days.
  • Orders between $50 to $200: Ship for $6.95 via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery within 5 business days. 
  • Orders over $200: Ship for $10.95 via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery within 5 business days.
  • $29.95 | Express Shipping: Choose our fastest level of service if you would like to receive your order within 2 business days. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Express.

Shipping Internationally

At this time, we do not currently ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be adding international rates soon.

Can I expedite my order? Yes, we recommend that you choose Priority Express if you would like your order expedited. It is a flat rate of $29.95 and delivery is guaranteed in 1-2 days. If you need your item by a specific date, please email us at info@brassclothing.com so we can do our best to accommodate your requests. 

What if I need to change my order? Please contact us at info@brassclothing.com as soon as possible.  We won't be able to alter orders after they have shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns: Follow these 3 easy steps to return your item(s).

1. Send an email to info@brassclothing.com with your order number. Indicate which items you will be returning.

2. You will receive a pre-paid label within 24-48hrs. Simply print the label, fill out the return slip and drop your item off at any USPS drop box or give it to your mailman.

3. Returns are typically processed within 72hrs of receipt. You will receive an email from us notifying you of your refund. It can take up to 3 to 5 business days for the money to post back to your original form of payment.

Please note: All returned items must be received in unworn, unwashed and in sellable condition. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date. If you have any questions please contact us at info@brassclothing.com.

Exchanges: 

Send an email to info@brassclothing.com with your order number. Indicate which items you would like to exchange and we'll get the process started.

Please note: At this time we can only accept exchanges for the same style in a different size.
