To The Brass Community,
We’ve heard from so many of you over the past few days. We are blown away that you are thinking of us and checking in to see how we’re navigating the challenges of COVID-19 as a small team and small business. Resoundingly, you’re all asking how you can help.
Here is a quick update on what you can expect over the next few weeks:
Limited Shipping- In order to keep our team safe and adhere to social distancing recommendations, we are cutting back on daily order fulfillment. Over the next few weeks we’ll be shipping orders 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays). Orders will ship USPS so they get to you as quickly as possible!
Product Launch Changes- We’re experiencing product delays due to delayed fabric and limited air space for shipments coming from China. The launch of the All-Day Set in Fig will be moved to sometime in April. We’ll keep you posted as we get more information.
Let’s Connect Online- Our Boston store will be closed for the foreseeable future. We love our community and want to stay connected and safe - so for now, we’re keeping it digital.
