How long is the bundle available?

When will my bundle ship?
Your items will ship together from the Brass warehouse in Massachusetts. They will ship the week of November 8th. You'll receive a shipping notification and tracking number when they are en route!
What if I need to exchange for another size? We're offering free exchanges.
To Exchange Your Brass Sweater: Email info@brassclothing.com with your First and Last name, Order Number and New Size Requested. We'll send you back a return shipping label for your unwanted size and will ship out your new size as soon as we see your return in transit.
To Exchange Your Nisolo Footwear: Email support@nisolo.com with your First and Last name, Order Number and New Size Requested. We'll send you back a return shipping label for your unwanted size and will ship out your new size as soon as we see your return in transit. NOTE: We will provide you with all of the order information including the order number so you can facilitate exchanges.
What if I would like to return my bundle?
Due to the nature of this promotion, we cannot offer cash refunds. However, you will be able to return for merchandise credit:
To Return your Brass Sweater: Email info@brassclothing.com with your First and Last name, Order Number. We'll send you back a return shipping label for your unwanted sweater. Once we see it's in transit, we'll issue you $182.40 in merchandise credit to use on a future order.
To Return your Nisolo Footwear: Email support@nisolo.com with your First and Last name, Order Number. We'll send you back a return shipping label for your unwanted shirt. Once we see it's in transit, we'll issue you $128 in merchandise credit for the All-Day Heeled Mule or $160 for the Everyday Chelsea Boot to use on a future order.
