If you're not totally in love with your Brass item(s), we are more than happy to accept your full price merchandise back as a return. All return items must be sent within 14 days of the delivery date and received in unworn, unwashed and sellable condition. If you choose to use our pre-paid label, $7 will be deducted from your return to cover the cost of the label. If you are looking for a refund, please allow 8-10 business days from the date of receipt at our warehouse to receive a refund to the original form of payment. - Choose merchandise credit. Send us an email at email@example.com. Tell us your order number and the items you are sending back. Upon receipt and processing of your items, you will be emailed merchandise credit in the amount of the items you returned.
We offer exchanges for a different size/color in the same style. Unworn merchandise must be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Simply select “Item too small” or “Item too large” as your return reason and you will be prompted to select your different size/color. You will receive a prepaid return label and your new order will be created as soon as your return is scanned in by the post office. All exchanges are even exchanges which means no money will be deducted or charged. Exchange orders will not be charged the $7 return fee.
