Returns Exchanges

Please note: We recently updated our return policy and no longer offer free returns. Starting April 1st, $7.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping. If you're not totally in love with your Brass item(s), start the return process here. Follow the steps to download a pre-paid label and send your item(s) back. Guidelines: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date. All items must be received in unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition. Please allow 5-8 business days from the date of receipt at our warehouse to receive a refund to the original form of payment.

Want to avoid the return label fee? No sweat. You've got options:

      1. Choose merchandise credit. Send us an email at info@brassclothing.com. Tell us your order number and the items you are sending back. Upon receipt and processing of your items, you will be emailed merchandise credit in the amount of the items you returned.
      2. Pay for your return shipping. Simply ship your item(s) to: Brass, c/o Quiet Logistics, 235 Barnum Road, Devens, MA 01434. Your return must be received within 30 days of the original order date and we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. We recommend using a service that provides tracking and insurance.

We currently offer exchanges of the same style, in a different size. Start the process by emailing us at info@brassclothing.com. We will create a custom order with your new size and you'll receive free shipping. You will then send back the incorrect size for a refund. Please note: Exchanges are not subject to the $7.00 return shipping label fee.
