Our Perfect Fit Promise

We try our hardest to make our clothing fit expertly off the rack; a nearly impossible task. Thankfully, a few simple alterations can make your clothes fit perfectly. 

If you take your item to be altered, we will provide you with $15 merchandise credit. Simply email us a copy of the ticket, and we'll email you $15 in merchandise credit in form of a digital gift card per item altered. The credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase.

At this time, we can only credit alterations on full-priced garments. We cannot provide refunds or pay for alterations to sale price items or any items purchased on The Exchange. Alterations to an item makes it final sale and ineligible for a return, exchange or refund of any kind. Thank you for your understanding.
