What if the recipient needs to exchange an item?

No problem, she'll be able to exchange for any size or style within The Closet Kit collection. She'll just follow our normal exchange process and email our customer service team to get your new item or size.

When will The Kit Gift be shipped?

All Kit Gifts are shipped from our office in Boston, MA. We will ship Kit Gifts on Tuesdays and Fridays starting Friday, November 30th. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information as soon as it ships. If you need your Kit Gift to ship immediately, please email info@brassclothing.com. Please note, we will not be able to ship Kit Gifts on weekends. 

Where will The Kit Gift be shipped?

We can ship The Kit Gift to you or the recipient. Just enter the shipping address you'd like it mailed to at checkout. You'll receive an email notification and tracking number from us as soon as it ships. 

Note: The Kit Gift comes wrapped, so your recipient will get the full gift-effect if you choose to ship it to her directly :)  

Can I use a discount code for my Kit Gift purchase?

No. The Kit Gift already provides significant savings. We reserve the right to will cancel Any orders purchased using discount codes and/or promotional gift cards will be canceled and you will have the opportunity to go through the checkout process again.

What is the last day to order The Kit Gift?

The last day to order The Kit Gift with guaranteed arrival before Christmas is 12/16/18.

Is The Kit Gift available at the Boston pop-up store?  

The Kit Gift is available to view and purchase at the store starting December 1st. However, you will not be able to take home your Kit Gift that day. We will ship your Kit Gift from our office via USPS Priority.
