Material: 52% Cotton, 45% Lyocell, 3% Spandex

Product Care - Easy: Machine wash cold with garment turned inside out, tumble dry low, do not bleach. Warm iron or steam to release wrinkles.

Shipping

We currently ship to the US and Canada via USPS.

Orders will ship out within 2 to 3 days from purchase unless noted otherwise. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to begin.

All of our orders ship from Roswell, GA.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the package delivery date if received in unworn, unwashed and sellable condition. All items purchased from the Last Chance Room, are final sale and are not eligible for a return. Gift cards are not eligible for return. 

Please note there will be a $9 shipping and restocking fee for refunds, but all exchange requests are free.

Amazing! Pockets!

These are great pants and have HUGE pockets that also look great! The fabric is super soft and not too heavy, so great for year-round use. I’m very short so I rolled and cuffed them which still looks good.

My new favorite pair of pants!

I purchased these in my usual size in the shitake color. They are so soft and comfortable and the color is a great neutral that I think will work for all seasons, depending on what you pair with them. I did find that they stretched out or relaxed the tiniest bit, but this worked well for me. I love them! I hope Brass features more pieces in this fabric. If you're considering these--buy them!

Amazing material, weird fit for me

I wanted to keep them because the material is so comfy and yet polished looking but the fit was just too baggy and poofing out in the midsection. I got my usual size

Perfect Summer Pants

I love these pants! They are a fantastic summer weight, and they can be dressed up for Monday meetings or dressed down for a ballgame on a warm Friday night. I'll be watching closely to see if the other color comes back in stock so I can snag a pair.

I like these!

I love the soft, substantial material of these pants and the way they are shaped on the rear. The high waist does feel a little more snug than I would like and they're very shaped in the leg; I think a somewhat more relaxed fit would feel a bit better. I would only hesitate to recommend if someone is looking for a less structured pant; these are a bit more structured than I anticipated.
