We currently ship to the US and Canada via USPS.

Orders will ship out within 2 to 3 days from purchase unless noted otherwise. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to begin.

All of our orders ship from Roswell, GA.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the package delivery date if received in unworn, unwashed and sellable condition. All items purchased from the Last Chance Room, are final sale and are not eligible for a return. Gift cards are not eligible for return. 

Please note there will be a $9 shipping and restocking fee for refunds, but all exchange requests are free.

Love everything about this sweater!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. The color (seaglass) is perfection, the sweater itself is nice and soft. I am 34-37-37 and got the size small, it has a nice relaxed fit. I will definitely be getting this in more colors.

Soft and chic

Love Brass's knits, and especially love that this one is 100% cotton! I sized up from last year's coastal knit since I found that it shrank slightly in the wash, even when following instructions.

SOFTEST COTTON EVER

I have many 100% cotton sweaters and this is so so soft! I sized down one size and it fits comfortably; I think my true size would have also worked but I didn't want quite that oversized fit. The weave is open enough where you might want a layer under it for work, but I don't think it's a requirement.

Love this sweater

I love this piece! It’s light and allows circulation, so it’s great for when it’s still a little warm outside. Looks good with everything, and drapes beautifully with a French tuck!
